Learning
[edit]Projects do not always go according to plan. Sharing what you learned can help you and others plan similar projects in the future. Help the movement learn from your experience by answering the following questions:
- What worked well?
We organised a weekly call to address challenges faced by participants and also share some mistakes made by participants. By applying division of labor, we were able to organise the contest well.
- What did not work so well?
Due to exams, the level of participation we expected from students of Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology fell short.
- What would you do differently next time?
We would pay close attention to the calendar of the university to ensure our next project with the students doesn’t coincide with a major activity of the school year.
