Goals

[edit]

Did you meet your goals? Are you happy with how the project went?

I met most of goals for the project and I'm happy with how the project went. However, I was not happy about the fact that I had to delay and then plan the events at the last minute due to the unstable school calendar.

Learning

[edit]

Projects do not always go according to plan. Sharing what you learned can help you and others plan similar projects in the future. Help the movement learn from your experience by answering the following questions:

  • What worked well?

Teaching both new and returning editors about the basics of various Wikimedia projects including principles, pillars, guidelines to editing and behavior on the platforms as well as tips to ensure they have the confidence to contribute to projects while still ensuring they are cautious about what kind of contributions they make.

  • What did not work so well?

Managing time between trainings.

  • What would you do differently next time?

I'd create a better schedule and stick to it even if majority of the participants do not arrive early for the events.
