Goals
[edit]Did you meet your goals? Are you happy with how the project went? We hosted a virtual workshop on “enhancing digital skills using Wikimedia Art + Feminism”. Wikimedia Education program enrolls new users to Wikimedia projects this workshop objective to enhance the digital skills of participants and contribute to Wikimedia projects. Yes, we are happy to share this information in the event more than 50% of participants are female from different undergraduate and graduate students.

Learning
[edit]Projects do not always go according to plan. Sharing what you learned can help you and others plan similar projects in the future. Help the movement learn from your experience by answering the following questions:
- What worked well?
I organized successfully the first outreach virtual event which helps to develop leadership skills for me. The virtual event was successful conducted with active participation with a good number of female participants with students from different fields and levels.
- What did not work so well?
I realized a four-hour virtual workshop a little bit longer, I started recording virtual events but it not work well. In the virtual workshop, Some of the participants are using laptops/PC and mobile which is default to address device compatible new participants who unknown about Wikimedia environments.
- What would you do differently next time?
I will develop physical workshops related to Wikimedia Education Wikidata for education, Wikimedia in classroom photo walk…. Next time I will try social media coverage and media coverages
