Representing the world's knowledge is the mission of the global Wikimedia movement. But we are still in our infancy. Many languages and cultures are not adequately represented in the different Wikimedia projects, many people shy away from participating in our projects and sharing their knowledge with the world. Particularly striking is the low proportion of non binary people. To gain this knowledge and commitment, both to increase the pool of knowledge in the Wikimedia projects and to enable a heterogeneous, colourful, diverse community, is the goal of our work. While it is extremely difficult to change the narrative which would allow editors from all genders to contribute to Wikipedia and therefore improve the cultural diversity of the project, we can certainly spread the existing gender diversity across language editions and reduce the content culture gap.Wikipedia Diversity project we find that cultural diversity could improve if we could 1) engage non binary people with a status of marginalization to represent better their context, 2) increase the number of non binary editors on Wikipedia project
