We want to build a full language support for the Kusaal Wikipedia incubator, create more articles and localization of Wikipedia and sister projects by translating all the most important MediaWiki which serve as one of the requirements for a new language Wikipedia request. These communities are presumably very new to Wikimedia projects and less than 5% of the speakers have heard of Wikipedia as a tool to promote, digitize and revitalize languages via its sister projects.
