In this session, we aim to promote the opportunities offered by the Wikiverse for libraries, archives, and museums, highlighting the potential of linked open data through the semantic web and the Wikidata hub. The central focus is on addressing these topics from a gender and intersectional perspective. Our goal is for GLAM professionals to become familiar with the theoretical possibilities and visualize practical applications they could implement in their institutions. In the first edition of this session, we had the participation of 110 professionals, who highly valued the experience, and some of them have already started activities in their libraries. It is important to highlight that institutions such as the library and educators from UB and ESMUC have contacted Amical Wikimedia for assistance, demonstrating the interest and relevance of this approach in the academic and cultural sphere.
- 7. What are the planned activities? (required) Please provide a list of main activities. You can also add a link to the public page for your project where details about your project can be found. Alternatively, you can upload a timeline document. When the activities include partnerships, include details about your partners and planned partnerships.

- 9. Who are the target participants and from which community? How will you engage participants before and during the activities? How will you follow up with participants after the activities? (required)
Last year, the promotion of the event was mainly carried out by the College of Documentalist Librarians of Catalonia, which is connected with the association of archivists and museums. The promotion was very effective, as despite it being the first time we organized such an event, we had the participation of 110 attendees. In the previous edition, we did not implement a form to gather the opinions of the participants, which was a mistake. We would like to improve from one edition to another, and therefore, we will request feedback from the participants in future occasions.
- 10. Does your project involve work with children or youth? (required)
No
- 10.1. Please provide a link to your Youth Safety Policy. (required) If the proposal indicates direct contact with children or youth, you are required to outline compliance with international and local laws for working with children and youth, and provide a youth safety policy aligned with these laws. [edit]- 17. What do you hope to learn from your work in this project or proposal? (required)
In the morning, I am interested in exploring the possibilities of the Wikiverse, especially regarding the semantic web and linked open data. During the afternoon, we will focus on our project "Women and Wikipedia," where we will share the results of three years of research with the Wikipedia communities in the Spanish-speaking regions. I would like to enrich the interpretation of the data, understand other analytical perspectives, and provide feedback to the community that has supported us so much over these years.
