The change we seek to achieve is to increased participation and empowerment of women especially in areas of education which basically need a high concern specifically within the Hausa communities were female are given less concern in areas of education. It's crucial because currently, there is a significant gender gap within our community, having fewer female contributors compared to males were currently we have 7 Administrators all males as seen here in the link (https://ha.wikipedia.org/w/index.php?title=Special:ListUsers&group=sysop) indicating high level of inequality as shown also in the researches links below: (https://www.researchgate.net/publication/318595900), (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Gender_bias_on_Wikipedia) By maximizing the involvement of women in the Wikimedia movement of the Hausa communities, we aim to address this disparity and create a more inclusive and diverse community. Empowering women to actively contribute to the Hausa-language Wikimedia projects not only enriches the content but also ensures that diverse perspectives and voices are represented, ultimately leading to a more vibrant and equitable knowledge ecosystem in the Hausa language which will prevent biased in articles created by male contributors in Wikipedia related to females contents.
