We plan to have a team of four part-time staff members to support community growth and manage the Adopt-a-School program, which will bring in new editors requiring close training and mentorship. The roles include:

Program Coordinator (Part-Time) – Oversees planning, coordination, and implementation of programs, ensuring they run smoothly, stay within budget, and align with strategic goals. Project Facilitator (Part-Time) – Manages project timelines, budgets, and staff coordination to ensure successful execution. Community Outreach Facilitator (Part-Time) – Leads outreach efforts, including partnerships, events, marketing, and donor relations to expand engagement. Accountant: Ensures our finacial books are balanced and tax obligations are covered
