Con ésta propuesta buscamos atender vacíos visibles que se han presentado en el desarrollo de proyectos como Wikipeetia y Wikipütchimaajatü, esto en vista de la poca comprensión de la escritura por gran parte de la comunidad wayuu, lo cual, al final del proceso, repercute en la calidad de los contenidos desarrollados dentro de los proyectos territorializados por Wikimedistas Wayuu.

En ésta ocasión decidimos incluir estrategias de enseñanza de la escritura del idioma, dirigido principalmente al grupo de editores y editoras, pero también a un publico más amplio, ya que los contenidos construidos irán a un público abierto como estudiantes y docentes. Por otro lado, hemos afianzado la idea de descentralizar el proceso de edición, ahora ubicando zonas que han funcionado como comunidades pilotos y en el cual han crecido liderazgos emergentes, a quienes deseamos apoyar con una mayor autonomía.

Por otro lado, en vista de la falta de herramientas y acceso a internet en varias comunidades, en esta ocasión buscamos incorporar ejercicios que hagan uso de dispositivos como los raspberry pi, los cuales son fáciles de manipular y sus costos son mucho más accesibles que un computador, para ésta última idea, y como un plan piloto, se decidió trabajar solo con 6 comunidades rurales, 3 en Venezuela y 3 en Colombia, en las cuales se pretende dejar los contenidos de la Wikipedia y Wikipeetia a través de los archivos .zim de ambas herramientas, dicho proceso tendría su acompañamiento y apoyo por parte del equipo de trabajo.

Leonardi Fernández - Leonfd1992 (remunerado) Estudiante del 8vo semestre de antropología social y cultural en la Universidad del Zulia (Venezuela). Administrador de la guc.wikipedia.org. Funciones: Coordinar los talleres de edición para el uso de la guc.wikipedia.org. Coordinar al equipo de trabajo para que se cumplan los objetivos, acompañar a cada editor y editora en su proceso de aprendizaje, enlazar con las comunidades y planificar los talleres.

Neima Paz - Neima Paz (remunerada) Editora y colaboradora en Wikipeetia y Wikipütchimaajatü. Estudiante de comunicación social en la Universidad Católica Cecilio Acosta (UNICA), Maracaibo. Traductora Bilingüe. Funciones: Coordinadora del proyecto de cara a la comunidad local e internacional, encargada del desarrollo de la logística de los eventos, tallerista y relaciones públicas.

Wikimedia Colombia es nuestro patrocinador fiscal actualmente, y lo será en el caso de la aprobación de la presente propuesta, por lo tanto, con dicho capítulo hemos tenido una relación reciproca y valiosa, la cual nos ha hecho crecer y madurar como grupo emergente, en ese sentido, consideramos a WMCO como un socio importante en nuestro proceso.

Nuestro trabajo ha impulsado el crecimiento y la visibilidad de otros procesos emergentes como las wikipedias en kaqchikel, maya yucateco, nahual y mapudungun, en ese caso, seguiremos afianzando el trabajo en conjunto con tales comunidades para seguir conectando y reflexionando juntos, a la vez que seguiremos creando espacios de dialogo con otros pueblos indígenas, para esto último, nos valdremos de la cercanía de Rising Voices y la comunidad de activistas digitales de LATAM para plantear una serie de diálogos junto a más comunidades nativas de la región.

Internamente seguiremos conectando con instituciones locales, tales como la Biblioteca del Banco de la República y el museo Wayuwaa aa'in, estos últimos como facilitadores de espacios para los talleres y para armar planes de colaboración en beneficio del colectivo wayuu, con ambas instituciones hemos tenido encuentros fructíferos y afinidades que esperamos seguir fortaleciendo en el proceso.
