- 13. What are the main objectives of the event?
Team building -- during the pandemic we're lack of personal contacts that lead to a stack of small problems and conflicts that are unsolvable without
in-person meeting.
Outreach and content gaps -- we have lack of activity in some geographical areas, so 4 days stay of experienced wikimedians in one can give Wikimedia projects plenty of quality content (photos on Commons, articles in Wikipedia and Wikivoyage, etc.). Learning -- our UG got a new drone, so we're planning to make a drone learning lessons so more UG members could use it to make quality aerial images and videos.

Make pictures in a different locations, communicate with others and exchange ideas how to establish contacts.

We already have members of diferent age, socioeconomic status, gender and sexual orientation. Also we're planning to make one of scholarships "females only".

Logistical Aspects

We have 4 proposed venues for this event: Cherepovets (Vologda Oblast), Soltsy (Novgorod Oblast), Tikhvin (Leningrad Oblast) and Pskov (Pskov Oblast). Prioriry is on the Cherepovets not only because we haven't had a lot of activity in Volodga Oblast so far, but also because this region has the best COVID-19 situation of all possible and small to no COVID restrictions.

- 23. How many scholarships would you like to offer?
We want to offer 3 general scholarships and 1 scholarship for female applicants only.

Transportation to the venue. All other event costs such as accommodation and in-area transportation we're planning to cover with general conference funds.

We're planning to outreach UG members from remote places, or places, located out of our regions of interest, such as Moscow, Kazan or Harlu.
