Further details about what I would like to learn.

1.Basic wikidata tools and how it can support other project ( I will love to learn how to properly learn wikidata tools that will make it easier to work round the project ) 2. Medium size editing event and campaign and contest 3.skills that are relevant in managing team and volunteer. 4. Effective training for newcomers/ newcomer experience 5.Designing and developing educational programs. 6.Wikimedia Incubator and setting up Wikimedia projects in new languages: I will like to learn this so as to make wikimedia projects to become a platform where everyone can access and read in their local language.

1.Financial planning and management. 2.Small editing event campaign and contest( being a participant of several contest and local event I'm my community. 3. Effective training for new comers/ new comers contest. ( Having being part of facilitators for local event online and physical ground, I can be part of trainers. 4.Documenting knowledge in ways that are easy to communicate with others. 5.Diversity and accountability in governance roles 6. Cultivate more inclusive and safe environments online and offline (empathy, communication, handling harassment, non-violent communication, and conflict transformation on Wiki and offline (with teams/within communities).
