Managing teams: I have been able manage teams for quite sometime now. The key element in managing teams are understanding, tolerance and firmness. when you understand a group of people, you will be able to tolerate their weakness and be firm in ensuring that key objectives /goals are achieved.

Effective Training for New comers: I have participated in training sessions for newly admitted students in my community.

Research Skills: I have been involved in a writing a couple of research article and have trained others.
