More to learn

[edit]

Further details about what I would like to learn.

1. Knowledge management: I'm currently struggling to store all the collected data efficiently. I need to learn that. 2. Bots: I need to run bots while arranging any edit-a-thon but as I don't know how to run bots, I have request the regular bot experts and that consumes a lot of time. 3. Basic wikidata use: Wikidata is a powerful option to sum up wikipedia. I know almost nothing regarding wikidata.

Stories about sharing

[edit]

Interesting stories about applying the skills I want to share.

1. Image donation: I recently led an image donation campaign with my team. As the donator didn't know anything about Wikipedia and the open knowledge movement, we had to introduce them to the movement and had to fight a lot of misconceptions. 2. Identifying topics to impact: My last project covered the 73 years old history of my own college. This involved collecting old historical books and documents, finding releasable photos, interviewing people etc. Every year, thousands of people search online about our college and the history was also absent on Wikipedia. 3. Building organizational plans and strategies: I created my own wikimedia team almost a year ago and it's currently on a good health. So, I can share my experience on this particular topic.
