Leading Advocasy campaigns, using tools and retaining and having donors is a skill that i would love to learn cause those play a large role in the sustainability of the instiotution and the projects as a whole.

Communication, managing small events, managing volunteers, as an organiser in a very busy yet youthful community like south sudan it was all a challenge in the begining when i started with the movement in the country, cause everyone seemed very busy to pay attenstion but with amazing communication skills, graphics and trageted social media posts i was able to mobilise, manage and retain my volunteers helping with contributing to Wikimedia in south sudan.
