Effective training for newcomers: l have participated in various Wikipedia content editing campaigns and this furthered enhanced my editing skill. l have been training my colleagues on how to contribute on Wikipedia and they have shown great interest most of then do participate in our local Wikipedia programs. l started wikiclub in the library and the main objective is to Increase knowledge of Wikipedia among librarian
