1. Setting up templates for Wikimedia projects, I plan to co present events and these will come in handy, 2. Volunteer management and development, in my continued skills development this will be of utmost importance and I look forward to learning opportunities. 3. Tools developed to automate processes, this would simplify some work that could be automated.

Interesting stories about applying the skills I want to share.

1. Facilitation skills (on and offline), did this successfully during the 1Lib1Ref Uganda 2022 campaign, we achieved a high turnup both on and offline, 2. Effective training of new comers, this is ongoing activity and all those under my care are responding effectively to the training by making the necessary additions to Wikimedia. 3. Community development and building skills, this has been achieved starting with the librarians in my circles.
