Since I'm a newbie I still don't have enough knowledge about Wikimedia tools and I think I wanna learn more on technical. Also about financial planning, proposal wrting for funding and more about wiki tools.

Honestly I'm not sure about my skills so I go with those part that I know I'm good? Maybe. First is leadership growth, next is communication strategy and the last one is community development. Being a leader is not all about standing in front of your team or giving them a command. But it is about being with them until the very end. Back in high school I'm always the chosen leader of my class and team. We communicate properly, divide the task equally and I always try to know what their thoughts. Therefore, no one feel left out and all ideas are recognized.
