What is the problem you're trying to solve?

The issues sometimes with copy right in some country, but the videos and audios can upload in Wiki, if they come from some country no copy right law. Khmer: បញ្ហាជួនកាលពាក់ព័ន្ធនឹងកម្មសិទ្ធិបញ្ញាក្នុងប្រទេសមួយចំនួន ប៉ុន្តែវីដេអូ និង អាត់សំឡេង អាច ផ្ទុកឡើងក្នុង វិគីបាន បើសិនជាវាយកបានមកពីប្រទេសខ្លះដែលគ្មានច្បាប់កម្មសិទ្ធិបញ្ញា។

What is your solution?

Can Improve knowledge, teach people, and reply back on time. Can store many old and classic sound or audios. Every government have to adjust the copy right law and knowledge sharing, because sharing knowledge is not breaking law and not receiving money back just share knowledge

Who will you be doing outreach with?

Teacher, Developer, Designer, Lawyer, Student, Government, UNESCO, and owners of old videos, documentaries and sounds or audios for long years ago.
