What is the problem you're trying to solve?

Smaller Wikipedias have very limited resources. By helping the people behind thous wikis, with a tool, that helps to increase their efficiency of expanding their wikis, it may be possible to really boost the expansion of thous language versions. It also possible to use the same tool in bigger Wikipedias to make sure if various topics really have the most important articles out there or not. So the question, that need the solution, is how to get a better coverage as fast and easily as possible.
