[edit]What is the problem you're trying to solve?
[edit]What problem are you trying to solve by doing this project?
I just want to start up a new wiki in simple German especially for the handicapped, disabled, and illiterate persons and also for migrants. Ready to use rules and standards are still elaborated by University of Hildesheim. I don't think that it can be solved in a short time. But it will grow with its auhors like wikipedia does.
What is your solution?
[edit]Briefly describe your how you would like to address this problem. We recognize that there are many ways to solve a problem.
As explained here, the solution is to get webspace and the permission of the wikipedia language proposal policy to start. A smalll group of people will then recap the rules - as still elaborated by University of Hildesheim - and start with the dedicated topic pages every wikipedia should have. This will be start with lingiust students in universities and special interested people in the beginning, maybe also a collaboration with hurraki. So, just give this discussion a positive end and let's start.
Project goals
[edit]What are your goals for this project? Your goals should describe the top two or three benefits that will come out of your project.
There is one benefit for the handicapped, disabled, and illiterate persons and also for migrants in Germany: They can use wikipedia as we do, but from then on also understand what they're reading. Giving disabled persons the ability to search for informations and learn new stuff, though they have reading or understanding problems, this would be great.
Who will you be doing outreach with?
