Tell us a little about yourself and how you want to collaborate in the IdeaLab

Follow these steps to create your profile.

Step 1.

Type the name you would like to be called after name=
Tell us the name you want to go by, or leave this blank if you prefer to use your wiki username. Example: Frances.

Step 2.

Type something about yourself after story=
What Wikimedia projects do you work on? What are your interests? Example: I participate in Wiki Loves Monuments campaigns and enjoy adding images to articles on WikiVoyage.

Step 3.

Add your project experience

IdeaLab projects often benefit from people with particular skills. Do you have any that you want to share? Indicate your interest in using a particular skill by adding "1" after the equals sign. For more information on these skills, see Grants:IdeaLab/Roles. Example: community_organizer=1

Step 4.

Share more details about the skills you indicated above, or list additional skills that you can bring to projects after skills=
Example: I speak English, French and Catalán, and I am a volunteer math tutor at a local after school program.

Step 5.

Copy/paste a picture file name after image=
Example: File:Inspire_astrocat_aqua.png

That's it! You can click "Show preview" below the edit window to see what your introduction looks like. Once you're happy with it, click "Save page."

Note:

Words between "<!--" and "-->" in the edit window will not show up on your saved introduction.
