What is the problem you're trying to solve?

Weak participation in Wikimedia foundation on countries where access to Wikimedia projects is free.

What is your solution?

Inspiring people to share and accurate their knowledge by disseminating the ways Wikimedia foundation itself can improve their academic and social interaction and how to participate in Wikimedia foundation projects by giving their contributions. May be through the use of a special app for that countries
