Students from KG class/1st standard onwards are the primary target upto class 9th students, from all schools especially the ones without facilities.

identify the schools from available NCERT database. Provide the schools with donated laptops/desktops. Also provide solar based electricity for the desktop/laptop. Preinstall firefox with Wiki as default search engine.

Monitor the use of the browsers data for wiki engagement vs referring other resources.
