The Wikipedia articles in most languages other than English requires some sort of optimization so that people can easily come across them while doing surfing in their respective languages. No doubt the SEO of English Wikipedia is good, but the SEO of Wikipedia in other languages needs improvement.

We need to improve the SEO of Wikipedia in other languages, and it can be done in a number of ways by including the proper number of focus keywords in the articles, by having a good meta description, by improving the length of short and incomplete articles, etc. This will certainly increase the number of Wikipedia visitors.

Project goals

What are your goals for this project? Your goals should describe the top two or three benefits that will come out of your project. These should be benefits to the Wikimedia projects or Wikimedia communities. They should not be benefits to you individually. Remember to review the tutorial for tips on how to answer this question.
Increase in the number of Wikipedia results in search engine results. Reduction in short and incomplete articles. Proper translation of articles of English Wikipedia to other languages. Finally, increase in the views of articles.
