[edit]What is the problem you're trying to solve?
[edit]I am trying to solve the problem of harassment among wikipedia editors.
What is your solution?
[edit]I have taken a brief look at the causes and effects of harassment on-wiki and I think if editors take a course that will educate them on the Wiki team field, there would be a huge sink down of the harassment bar chart and more productivity.
