Project idea

What is the problem you're trying to solve?

The idea is to create a Wiki section that allows to quickly create a team around a project, scientific or humanitarian, run by a manager , usually corresponding to its proponents, unless the latter does not delegate the project to a third party more competent than him. I believe that the wide spread of Wikipedia is a resource to be exploited at many levels, and this option should be viable by creating a platform , WikiPorject precisely, to bring together good projects and develop in a very fast time, by the contribution of different inventors or makers (I think, for example, who design objects to be realized with 3D printers). When the project has achieved its purpose, it must be patented (unless the project is not "copyright- free" for the explicit will of the proposer) through some other site, provided that ownership of the idea to be divided equally between those who participated. Nex step is to create a platform similar to the website kickstarter.com, to showcase the project and explain it to those who might be interested in producing it in an artisanal or industrial.

L'idea consiste nel creare una sezione di Wiki che consenta di creare velocemente una equipe intorno ad un progetto, scientifico o umanitario, gestito da un responsabile, in genere corrispondente a chi lo propone, a meno che quest'ultimo non esprima la volontà di delegare la realizzazione del progetto a terzi più competenti di lui. Io credo che la larghissima diffusione di Wikipedia sia una risorsa da sfruttare a molti livelli, e questa opzione dovrebbe essere percorribile creando una piattaforma, WikiPorject appunto, per far incontrare dei buoni progetti e svilupparli in tempi molto rapido grazie all'apporto di diversi inventori (Per esempio penso a chi progetta oggetti da realizzare con le stampanti 3D). Quando il progetto ha perseguito i suoi fini, esso dovrà essere brevettato (a meno che il progetto non sia copyright-free per volontà esplicita del proponente) attraverso qualche sito amico di Wiki, purché la proprietà dell'idea sia divisa equamente tra chi ha compartecipato. In un secondo momento si potrebbe creare una piattaforma simile al sito kickstarter.com, per mettere in vetrina il progetto e spiegarlo a chi potrebbe essere interessato a produrlo in maniera artigianale o industriale.

What is your solution?

To allow the creation of this platform called WikiProject must think of a few simple elements that can make it work. It takes a menu driven publication of the draft, which can be easily modified through the scientific contribution of third persons permitted to work on the project, authorized by the administrator or by a series of filters (quiz multiple response entered by the author) able to test in advance the preparation of who intervenes voluntarily. To enable individuals to earn their trust over time on a given field (for example: computer science rather than biomedical engineering) and to facilitate their participation, each must have a feedback that would display a number of operations performed on open projects and the approval of the proposer the project or approval of the public to which the project is targeted.

Per consentire la realizzazione di questa piattaforma denominata WikiProject bisogna pensare ad alcuni semplici elementi che possano farla funzionare. Ci vuole un menu guidato alla pubblicazione del progetto in versione "draft", che possa essere facilmente modificabile attraverso l'apporto scientifico di terze persone ammesse a lavorare al progetto, purché ammesse a tale scopo dall'amministratore o da una serie di filtri (quiz a risposta multipla inserite dall'autore) in grado di testare in anticipo la preparazione del terzo che interviene volontariamente. Perché i singoli possano guadagnarsi col tempo una loro attendibilità su un determinato campo (per esempio: informatica piuttosto che ingegneria biomedica) e facilitare il loro intervento, ciascuno deve avere un feedback che riporti un numero di interventi effettuati su progetti aperti ed il gradimento del proponente il progetto o del pubblico potenziale a cui il progetto è mirato.

Project goals

My proposal does not require an extraordinary economic contribution but the contribution of a team able to achieve it. Once you have the funds I guess it is not difficult to find people who spend realize the platform called WikiProject following the signs which I have described, and making any changes suggested by the Wikimedia portal.

La mia proposta non necessita di un contributo economico straordinario ma solo dell'apporto di un equipe in grado di realizzarla. Una volta ottenuti i fondi immagino che non sia difficile spenderli per trovare persone che realizzino la piattaforma denominata WikiProject seguendo le indicazione che ho descritto ed apportando tutte le eventuali modifiche suggerite dal portale Wikimedia.
