Inclusivity is at the root of the development of processes, practices, and structures for the Wikimedia Movement to grow rich in the diversity of perspectives and identities. To realize this goal, we will survey grantees individuals and affiliates about if and how they address diversity and inclusion in their programs and also ask about the demographics of our current grantee pool. their diversity, inclusion planning and demographics.
After the one-time baseline survey, our plan will be to include this as a practice within the application process for grants.
