This is the committee's second meeting to review grant applications for 2016.
Monday 7 December at 18.00 UTC - Anders, Pete, Ido, Kiril, Sydney. Thursday 10 December at 03.00 UTC - Kirill, Nataliya, Addis.
Overview[edit]
- We will review the results of the aggregated individual assessments, which can be the basis for the committee's written decisions.
- After the calls, we can work together as a group to refine the text before publshing it on the discussion page of each application. Final decisions will need to be approved by the full group over Email, so we don't have to finish everything on the call.
- After the final text is published, WMF will confirm the final decision on the discusison page of each application.
Components of committee's decision: 1. Aggregated scores across 10 dimensions. 2. Top strengths and concerns for this application. 3. Recommendations about how much this application should be funded, including areas for improvement.
