• FDC members, including 5 newly elected ones and 2 members rolling off
• WMF staff (Katy, Winifred, Garfield, Sati, Luis, Siko)
• New ombudsperson (Kirill)

What

• 9am: Welcome & introductions (FDC & core staff only)
  • Seeing our commonalities and differences (step forward, step back)
  • Discussion of Trust criteria
  • Introduce a friend
• 10am: confidentiality & COI pledge and signing, conversation with Stephen
• 10:30am: Break & sign up for community engagement booth sessions
  • Share a fun and secret fact about yourself!
• 11am: Stick lowering activity: Communication, trust and teamwork
• 11:30am: Debrief with the former FDC members - history of FDC, changes since year 1, vision, advice to new members, & Q/A
• 12:30-2: Lunch with WMF staff (Luis, Siko, Terry, Sati)
• 2pm: Preparation for Round 1 in Oct/Nov
  • Simulation of decision-making including the Gradients of Agreement (ombuds to observe) - Anne
  • FDC wiki orientation - Matanya
• 3:30pm: Preparing for November
• 3:45: interim office bearers
• 4:00: Group photo
• 4:20: Finalize Friday session - Osmar
• 5pm: end
