Global sysops/On boarding checklist
When new GSes are elected, there is often something missed as far as being added to the correct permissions, groups, and bot access. This page is to assist Stewards, fellow Global Sysops, and bot owners/maintainers in successfully on-boarding new Global Sysops. On successful promotion, copy the table and add a new subsection to track progress of on-boarding.
