- Launch and execute planned activities as part of the 2030 Wikimedia Movement Strategy by leading synthesis and communications for "New Voices".

- Synthesize and elevate insights and findings from the New Voices track (design research results, expert interviews, local events).
- Be a liaison for affiliate-led events to be held in the Middle East, Africa, Asia, and Latin America.
- Conclude 1:1 interviews with experts in the Middle East, Africa, Asia, and Latin America.
- Communicate synthesized information gathered in New Voices track to Wikimedia community present at Wikimania 2017, including presentations, regional meetings, participation in the Community Village, among others.
