DescriptionSWT South Asia 2021 - Bots workshop.webm
English: Small wiki toolkits is an initiative to support small wiki communities. The Small wiki toolkits initiative has been designed to impart basic to intermediate level technical skills for volunteers working on Wikimedia projects of languages in the South Asian region. Each month, a workshop will be conducted on the last or second to last Sunday. The following workshop is the second session and first workshop of 2021, conducted on 27 February. This workshop, on bots, demonstrates and discusses how tedious on-wiki tasks can be automated using scripts and bots. It has explored Pywikibot, the community around it, and learning resources available.
