On 25 August 2018, FII Wiki Project hosted a Wikipedia edit-a-thon on Indian Women Athletes at Twitter India's New Delhi office as a Asian Games 2018 special. The edit-a-thon was aimed at visibilising Indian women athletes who are currently at the Asian Games 2018 and creating/editing Wikipedia pages of the athletes who lack representation on the platform currently. The articles were created and expanded in English and Hindi. Additional statistics can been seen on the P&E dashboard here. A report of the edit-a-thon is also documented on the FII website here.
