Mapping out Universities and Colleges of education in Nigeria
[edit]mapping out universities and colleges of education in Nigeria, is a Wikidata project that is aimed at updating and improving the number and quality of contents on Wikidata. The goal is to increase the number and visibility of Universities and colleges of education on Wikidata by adding more items as well as providing a geo-location for easy accessibility of information.
The project is aimed at improving the index capacity and quality of contents and creating visibilty for Nigerian Universities and Colleges of education on Wikidata by adding location and other informations which can help the community by improving the list of institution existing on wikidata.
The project will take the form of an edit a thon where participants will be creating Items on wikidata for duration of 7 days.

Expectations
[edit]During the session, participants will be opportune to:
- Learn how to search for lists and details of Universities and colleges of education online
- Learn how to check if the Universities and colleges of education is already existing on Wikidata as an Item.
- Learn how to create a Wikidata Item.
- Learn how to improve an already existing Wikidata Item by adding coordinate location and other missing statements.
