ESEAP Hub/Call for Feedback for Community Board Seats

The Board Governance Committee is calling for feedback regarding the search for additional community-sourced board seats from each region.

The Wikimedia Foundation and the movement have grown about five times in the past ten years. Today, it has a problem of capacity. To solve it, it was agreed to to increase Board size to a maximum of 16 from its current 10 seats. To complete the solution, we need a process to promote community candidates that represent the diversity of our movement and have the experience to perform well in the Board of a complex global organization.
