What is the ESEAP Conference?

ESEAP Conference 2018 is a regional conference for Wikimedia communities around the ESEAP regions. ESEAP stands for East, South East Asia, and Pacific.

Is there a scholarship?

Yes, we provide 45 full scholarships for all of the participants.

Who can apply for the scholarship?

Wikimedians in the East and Southeast Asia and Pacific regions who listed in this page, especially those who are actively involved or have large interests in local community development, may join the conference.

Can I come if I don't get the scholarship?

You can't. We have limited resources and have been planning to have a small conference. Therefore, if you really want to come, fill the scholarship form and we hope the best for you to be selected by the committee.

Do I need a visa to go to Indonesia?
