- NC Commons, a wiki containing NC or ND licensed media files, including several pathology images, particularly skin pathology.
- AnatomyTool, a website containing open access anatomy content, which includes histology images. Most content are licensed under CC-BY-ND-SA.
- The Human Protein Atlas, containing over 5 million immunohistochemistry images of cancer tissues and related publications licensed under CC-BY-SA.
- Medical Graphics 3D, contains primarily anatomical structures, but some pathophysiology images are also present. CC-BY-ND licensed.
