The countervandalism network
is a distinct group. It is neither
affiliated with nor managed by the
Wikimedia Foundation.
Cluekie was an IRC bot used by the CVN to bridge between irc.cluenet.org and Freenode. It copied the w:User:ClueBot NG feed (from irc.cluenet.org/#wikipedia-VAN) to #cvn-wp-en-cluenet on Freenode, and reported edits with a high vandalism-score to #cvn-wp-en, specifically in cases where the bot was not authorised to revert these edits (e.g due to violating its safeguards about reverting the same user multiple times).
