Problem: Being able to sort tables is an incredibly useful feature, allowing for easier finding of information on lists and interpretation of data. Having sortable tables means content doesn't have to be duplicated within and across articles but organized differently. Mobile and app versions of Wikipedia still do not have this functionality. Many tables and articles have been merged because they presented the same content but table sortability made their duplication unnecessary, but mobile readers can only access the default sort.
