Problem: Flagged Suggestion In Wikidata There is constraint/suggestion against "Twitter username" asking for the "Twitter user numeric ID" and "start time", but if it's not easy, people don't often do it
Proposed solution: Have a bot that crawls for missing "Twitter user numeric ID" and "start time" then using data from the Twitter API fills them in
Who would benefit: With Twitter currently such a ubiquitous identifier of people and things, using fixed numeric id (rather than the changable text name) improves quality
