Fix the Content Translation bug

Problem: There is a bug in the content translator that scrolls the screen every time something is typed. This bug makes the translation annoying and almost makes the quick translation that is promised impossible.
Who would benefit: All users using the content translator.
Proposed solution: Fix the bug, which would have the effect of not rolling the screen.
