Abstract (up to 300 words to describe your proposal)

Wikidata infoboxes are already live and working on Wikimedia projects: you can find nearly 3 million of them in use right now in categories on Wikimedia Commons. As they are inherently multilingual and powered by Wikidata, you can use and expand them in your language! This session will explain how they work, and why they are a significant step forward on static/monolingual infoboxes. It will also cover how you can expand them, and how you can install the code on your favourite Wikimedia project and start using it (if your community permits it!).

What will attendees take away from this session?

The pros and cons of Wikidata infoboxes from practical experience; how you can correct and expand the existing ones; and how you can set them up on your language wiki.
