[edit]In 2018, Cascadia Wikimedians participated in several edit-a-thons and public events, as well as attending the Wikimedia Conference and Wikiconference North America.

Annual meeting
[edit]- Date and venue: December 29, 2018, at Capitol Hill Branch Library, Seattle, Washington
- Members in attendance: Bri (teleconference), Conrad Kilroy, Jmabel, Peaceray, SounderBruce
- Agenda and minutes:
- Dues paid by all non-teleconference members
- Board member Peaceray re-elected to a new term (2019–21); Conrad Kilroy elected to a new board seat for 2019–21 term
- Board officers elected (as noted below)
- Discussion of financial statements, with board members Bri and Peaceray to handle the situation at a later date
- Creation of Cascadia Wikimedians/Calendar to organize edit-a-thons and other events of photographic importance
- Setting a general goal for Wikipedia Day 2019: organization of Asahel Curtis and pre-1923 Seattle photographs on Commons
- Venue TBD, but several options (Capitol Hill Library, Central Library, downtown incubator space) are being considered for further research/inquiry.
- GLAM goals and targets: Frye Art Museum, Hibulb Cultural Center, WSDOT
