This document aims at collaboratively creating a list of quality criteria for best practices pages.

List of quality criteria

A best practices page is of high quality if it

  • documents a clearly defined and reproducible process
  • allows easy adoption
  • answers the question why the process is helpful (problem statement) and defines the target group
  • reflects cultural diversity
  • is written in plain English in order to make it easy to understand and to translate
  • gives examples
  • discusses existing drawbacks
  • please add your criterion
