Association of Orwellian Wikimedians

I, user:Jeff503,do hereby fully establish the Association of Orwellian Wikimedians, AOW.

AOWs are Wikimedians who believe that we need an extremely strict policy, and maintain a more authoritative view on new users. The current leadership is Big Brother, or Father, whichever you like better, he, of course, never dies.

Goals

1. Establish more rules on Wikipedia to keep content truthful
2. Block new members from editing unless they check off a Contract of Useful Edit
3. BAN members who vandalize more than three times

AOW Codex

All decisions of the Association are made by Father, which is what most members agree on.

1. Vandals shall be notified and asked to stop
2. Double vandalism shall result in harsh measures to the vandal
