Affiliations Committee/Resolutions/GLAM-Wiki U.S. Consortium – juillet 2013
Considerant que:
- María Sefidari will be joining the WMF Board of Trustees in August;
- Disbursement of the Committee's budget shall be overseen and monitored by a Treasurer appointed by resolution;
- An election procedure has been carried out and as a result a member has been elected to occupy that appointment.
It is hereby resolved that:
Salvador Alcántar is appointed as Treasurer of this Committee for a one-year term from 18 July, 2013 to 18 July, 2014 or until his resignation or until a new Treasurer is appointed.
