Ability to ask questions for article contributers

When reading an article this morning, I had a question that I thought could be answered within the article, but don't have the resources available to me to find the answer. Thought it would be very interesting to see that answer. I wish there was a way I could post a question within the article, so someone with more information would be able to see the question and if appropriate, answer it. Specifically, this surrounded a promotional video done for a project. Although the video received considerable interest, there was no information on what kind of impact the success of the video had on the underlying project it was promoting. I wanted to ask the question for the Wikipedia page on the subject - how successful was the video in promoting the project?
