  • The Chair shall call the meeting to order.

Operation Update

  • The Chair of the Board who is also the interim Executive director of the Planning Wikimedia Nigeria shall update the Board on the operation of the Foundation

Annual General Meeting

  • The Board shall deliberate on the General Annual Meeting

Board attendance policy

  • A motion on the Board attendance policy shall be passed

Human resources

  • The Board will be briefed on the applications received for the position of the Executive Director and a program officer

Quorum

  • The Board shall pass a resolution on quorum
