Details of the proposal
Project description	It helps people socialize each other. It also helps Wikimedia be competitive to existing social networks. Anything can be discussed, like favorites, deaths, news, hobbies, activities, etc. Also, it helps Wikipedians ease stress from other projects, like Wikipedia and Wikimedia Commons. Besides chatting and talking, it can also allow people to write essays, letters, bulletin boards, schedules, petitions, etc. It shall not allow writings already covered by other existing sister projects.
