Guidance on how to contribute to Meta-Wiki effectively

Hello everyone,

I'm new to Meta-Wiki and would like to learn more about contributing to the community. Unfortunately, I was recently blocked on the English Wikipedia. I'm eager to learn from my mistakes and contribute constructively to both projects.

Could you please provide guidance on how to contribute to Meta-Wiki effectively and avoid breaking any rules? I'm particularly interested in improving article quality.
